Description
A request by ~keyoma09 or her character, Orcu. Hope you like it. 
The wings were the hard part but a little trial and error sorted the problems out. Added some bubbles and a blinking eye for extras.
Done with The GIMP in about 1.5 hours. 8 frames total
EDITED: Forgot the dorsal fin and saddle patch at first, now fixed.
