Welcome to the deviantART Periodic Table of the Elements Project! What's this? A collaborative project to make a periodic table of the elements out of various art forms. How do I participate? Simple! Just follow these steps; 1) Choose an element from the periodic table. (Make sure it's not already taken!) [Refer to the list at the bottom for availability] 2) Use whatever medium you're most comfortable with (Pixels, Vexels, Sketching, Vectoring, Photomanipulation, Photography, Sculpting, Sewing, etc.) and come up with something that YOU think best represents the element you've chosen. It DOES NOT have to be scientifically accurate! So, no need to worry if you have no idea whatsoever about the chemical and structural properties of say, Germanium. Just come up with something that comes to your mind when the element is mentioned like for example Germs, Germany, Infra-red invisibility or somesuch to represent it. Again, factual accuracy is not important. 3) There are only 3 conditions that must be met for the submission to be valid. They are: MUST be no bigger nor smaller than exactly 150x150 pixels. 4) Submit your submission to devART or another image hosting service and send me the link via the Notes system. Where do I submit to or view this periodic table? You can preferably submit your entries via the notes system to me as mentioned earlier. To view it: You're viewing it already! When is the due date for this project? There is no due date at the moment. Even after all the 118 elements are done, I might open up more spaces for everyone else to do such as the wordings and background. Why? Just because. The Elements! In proton number order: 1.
